This is an appeal from convictions under a single count indictment charging violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1955 and 18 U. S.C. § 2. Eighteen persons were named in the original indictment, and four were found not guilty. Four of the remaining fourteen who were convicted have not appealed. The appeals of the ten remaining defendants have been consolidated and were heard together. The case concerns the handling of bets by persons in the Toledo...
