This appeal is taken from a conviction and 25-year sentence on an information charging defendant-appellant Munz with robbery of a federally insured bank in Salt Lake City on October 6, 1971, and assaulting and putting in jeopardy the life of a teller by use of a rifle, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) and (d). After a hearing and review of a medical report the trial court on February 8, 1972, found defendant competent to stand trial...
