OPINION

WALLACE, Circuit Judge:

Shelly & Anderson Furniture Manufacturing Co., Inc. (Company) petitioned this court to set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board. 199 N.L.R.B. No. 31 (Sept. 22, 1972). The Board cross-petitioned for enforcement of its order. We deny the Company's petition and enforce the order.
