Defendant, Delmar F. Thomas, was indicted for alleged violation of sections 901 (criminal attempt), 3502 (burglary), and 908 (prohibited offensive weapons) of the Crimes Code.1 After a nonjury trial, defendant was adjudged guilty of both counts. Defendant filed motions for new trial and arrest of judgment.
