Appellants, plaintiffs below, prosecute this appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict entered by the trial court after a verdict and judgment in the total sum of $84,500. Appellants base their claim for recovery on certain alleged false and fraudulent misrepresentations made to them at the time they purchased the ranch of the defendants, appellees herein, located in Uinta County, Wyoming.
