OMAN, Justice.

Plaintiffs brought a suit in ejectment for the purposes of gaining possession of certain real estate, hereinafter referred to as Tract 14, and recovering claimed damages. Defendant denied the essential allegations of the complaint, asserted several affirmative defenses and counterclaimed. The case was tried to a jury, but, at the close of all the evidence, the trial court directed a verdict for the plaintiffs upon both the complaint...
