The appellant, Joe Agnew, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by Preliminary Information filed in the District Court, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, on the 3rd day of January, 1973, in Case No. CRF-73-21, with the crime of Obtaining Property by False Representation under 21 O.S. 1971, § 1541.1.
