We granted appellant Caesar's World, Inc. leave to pursue this interlocutory appeal from an order of the District Court denying the motion of Caesar's World to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction the complaint of Spencer Foods, Inc. alleging breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.
