W. Rodney DeVilliers was admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma in 1951. That year he received an LL.B. Degree from the University of Oklahoma and had an outstanding record. He actively engaged in the legal profession at Miami, Oklahoma, until 1956. At that time, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he resided until 1974. He entered business in New Mexico and did not practice law there...
