The National Labor Relations Board has petitioned for enforcement of its order issued against respondent, reported at 204 NLRB No. 113.

The Board found that respondent violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act, 29 U. S.C. § 158(a)(1), by discharging its employee Patricia Clark for exercising rights guaranteed to her by Section 7 of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 157. The employee Clark was a waitress at an independently owned restaurant which was franchised...
