The defendant, William Tisley, was charged in three separate indictments with the offense of arson in connection with fires at an apartment building at 612 and 614 North Spaulding on July 9, 1971, August 6, 1971, and September 4, 1971. He was also charged with the murder of four persons who were killed in the September 4, 1971...
