BLISS, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, Delwin Earl Peoples, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was initially charged by information in the District Court of Atoka County, Oklahoma, for the crime of Concealing Stolen Property, said information being subsequently amended to charge Larceny of Domestic Animals. The defendant was tried before a jury which returned a verdict of guilty and the defendant was sentenced to serve a term of ten (10) years...
