A pickup truck driven by an employee of Grasle Electric Company collided with an automobile driven by Rudolph Clark, in which his wife Geraldine was a passenger in October 1971. The Clarks filed this action for damages against Grasle Electric Company (hereinafter "Grasle"), and liability was established by summary judgment from which no appeal was taken.
