The complaint involved the operations of Miller as the Beaumont Livestock Commission Co., Beaumont, Texas, and DeQuincy Livestock Commission Co., DeQuincy, La., for violations of 7 U.S.C. § 208, 213(a) and the regulations promulgated thereunder...
