This is an appeal by John Edward Jones from his conviction on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. Appendix § 1202(a)(1). The crucial evidence was obtained during the execution of a search warrant which authorized a search of a dwelling house for illegal drugs.
