This is an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, which placed the appellant, a 14-year-old boy in need of supervision, with the New York State Division for Youth (Title III) in a State training school. We are called upon to determine whether the training school is presently an appropriate setting for this boy, without parents, who has a long history of elopements from foster homes...
