This is an appeal by defendant, Jeffrey Goodell, from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Loren E. Shrock, in the amount of $10,000, general damages, and no punitive damages, in an action at law for the alienation of the affection of plaintiff's former wife. Defendant's motions for involuntary nonsuit, directed verdict, a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative for a new trial, and a supplemental motion for a new trial...
