The defendant, Larry Lawson, was charged with the crimes of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and rape, MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. A jury found the defendant guilty of armed robbery and not guilty of the crime of rape. The trial court sentenced defendant to a term of 15 to 25 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right.
