MEMORANDUM OPINION

HARPER, Senior District Judge.

This action involves a claim by the plaintiffs, Robert H. and Dorothy H. Livingston, against the defendant, Title Insurance Company of Minnesota, under a policy of title insurance, which was originally filed in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, Cause No. 344783. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441, this cause was removed by the defendant to this Court, and this Court has jurisdiction
