OPINION

LOPEZ, Judge.

In this workmen's compensation action, the claimant, a laborer, fell from a scaffold and sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. After holding positions as a doorman and a janitor, claimant returned to heavy physical labor. After one week on the job, he sustained another injury and subsequently underwent a laminectomy. Claimant received judgment for 50 percent temporary partial disability until January...
