BOOCHEVER, Justice.

We here dispose of issues concerning the limitation of actions imposed upon claims for workmen's compensation.1

On June 24, 1965, Wenzel Joseph Raith stepped on a corner of a defective grille and fell 14 feet onto frozen ground, the grille landing upon him. He was treated near the scene of the accident in Barrow by a doctor who transferred him to Fairbanks. There he was cared for by Dr. Paul...
