Plaintiff originally filed this action on July 13, 1970, seeking review of defendant's decision that plaintiff is not "disabled" or entitled to benefits within the meaning of the Social Security Act. Plaintiff's claimed disability stems from a severe dermatitis condition. Although the precise irritant or irritants which cause the dermatitis have not been isolated, plaintiff's condition is most likely caused by chromates...
