Plaintif here sues for breach of contract to recover price adjustments allegedly due the Commodity Credit Corporation ("CCC") under four contracts with the defendant, Amtraco Commodity Corporation ("Amtraco"). These contracts govern four purchases by Amtraco from CCC of butter for export re-sale.
