Ronald Lee Lawrence was convicted by a jury of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). He was sentenced to imprisonment for twenty-five years. In this appeal Lawrence argues that the photographic identification procedures employed by the government were unduly suggestive and thus rendered all subsequent in-court identifications inadmissible.
