Griffin here challenges the finding of the Social Security Administration, as affirmed by the district court, that he is too young to receive retirement insurance benefits under § 202(a) of the Social Security Act, 42 U. S.C. § 402(a). He first contends that there was not substantial evidence to support the finding that he was born in 1917 rather than 1900.
