Appellant Cramer was convicted in March, 1972, of 15 counts of mail fraud, and was sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 5010(b),1 a provision of the Youth Corrections Act.2 In addition, the district court imposed a fine in the sum of $10,000.
