This case is before the court pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying plaintiff's claim for disability insurance benefits or a period of disability under sections 223 or 216(i) of the Social Security Act.
