The real property which is the subject matter of this litigation was owned by William Ebb Allen (husband) and Margaret Annie Allen (wife) prior to their deaths. Plaintiffs joined together in a suit against the heirs and the personal representatives of husband and wife. Plaintiff John Greenlee sought sale of the husband's interest in the property by virtue of a writ of execution issued out of the district court...
