American Lease Plan, appellant, brought this suit against appellee, Ben-Kro Corporation, alleging that Ben-Kro had breached a lease agreement under which American Lease Plan was to supply and deliver certain office and printing equipment for a specified monthly rental of $81.49 over a term of 36 months.
