Michael Wiebold appeals his jury conviction of aiding and abetting, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2, the knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance (LSD) with intent to distribute, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Four similar counts were dismissed by the trial court at the close of the Government's case.
