This suit is brought by five plaintiffs who formerly owned approximately 17½ acres of land in Halifax County, Virginia which was acquired by the defendant, School Board of Halifax County, by eminent domain. Plaintiffs here contend that the manner and procedure utilized by the defendants in acquiring this property was in violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments...
