Defendant was found guilty of kidnapping under 18 U.S.C. § 1201. The victim of the alleged kidnapping testified that on November 16, 1972, while walking near her school dormitory in Kansas City, Missouri, at approximately 9:30 p. m., the defendant forced her into a car and drove to a secluded place where he raped her.
