Plaintiff, a horse trainer and owner, sued under an insurance policy issued him by defendant on a quarter horse stallion, "Mr. Untouchable," which purportedly perished in a fire on January 14, 1972. Policy limits of $35,000.00 were involved on this fine show animal owned by plaintiff at the time of a fire in a barn constructed and improved by plaintiff on his family's property near Trenton, Tennessee.
