These are consolidated appeals (a) from defendants Laca, Villanueva and Yanez's convictions under count 1 for violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 846 by conspiring to possess approximately 256 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute the same contrary to 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1), and under count 2 for violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1) by knowingly and intentionally possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, (b) from defendants...
