Plaintiffs are former and present operating employees of the Government owned Alaska Railroad. They brought this action to recover overtime pay they say is owed them under 5 U.S.C. §§ 5544. 6102. The United Transportation Union has been allowed to intervene, and will be referred to as "intervenor" hereafter, though possibly it is really here as an amicus curiae.
