This action was commenced by the filing of a verified complaint on March 25, 1974. Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343, 1331 and 2201, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985.

The parties to the complaint are Marjory Moe1 allegedly seeking an abortion at the time the action...
