Plaintiff Buck Green commenced this class action upon the claim that the use by defendant Missouri Pacific Railroad Company ("Mo Pac") of arrest and conviction records as barriers to employment is racially discriminatory in violation of the Civil Rights Acts of 18701 and 19642.
