Plaintiffs in this products liability tort action are George and Kay Reul.

The suit arises out of an incident which occurred on or about September 11, 1970. Plaintiff George Reul was a guest at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he was injured by an explosion of a chlorine tank which occurred near the pool area of the hotel.
