This is a will contest. Virgin Sims Nicholson, approximately 85 years of age, executed a will on March 30, 1968, leaving all of her property, consisting of certain real property, valued at over $20,000, and personal property in the approximate amount of $9,000, to her nephew, Curtis Chambers, appellant herein. Mrs. Nicholson died on September 8, 1973, survived by her sister, Rosetta McDonald, and seven nieces and nephews, including Curtis Chambers...
