The appellants were convicted of a single count charge of conspiracy to import, distribute and possess marijuana [21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 963]. On this appeal, they argue that they were twice placed in jeopardy for the same offense, that there was illegal electronic surveillance not explained by the government, and that evidence seized illegally should have been suppressed...
