This is an action which was commenced by Fred Baldridge, Travis W. Taylor and Herman D. Terry, seeking to set aside the determination of the New Mexico State Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Committee, which determination had been affirmed by the Secretary of Agriculture, holding that the plaintiffs and others had engaged in a scheme or device designed to evade the limitation placed upon producers who participate in the Conservation...
