ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a revocation of probation. In October, 1970, the appellant pled guilty to a charge of possession of marihuana. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, but the court suspended the imposition of sentence and placed him on probation for a five-year period.
