McENTEE, Circuit Judge.

Taxpayer appeals from an order of the district court dismissing his complaint for improper venue. We affirm.

Taxpayer Malajalian, a resident of Beirut, Lebanon, entered the United States under a business visa on April 22, 1972, and remained as a non-resident alien until June 22, 1972, at which time he left this country.
