Fidelity Standard Life Insurance Company sues in this Court for enforcement of a judgment of $281,685.71, against First National Bank & Trust Company of Vidalia, Georgia, entered in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, Louisiana, on December 10, 1973. An appeal is now pending in the Louisiana Court of Appeals.
