The plaintiff, Patricia Grantham, sued Fox & Jacobs Construction Company, Inc. and Frymire Engineering Company, Inc., for damages that resulted from a fire that occurred at plaintiff's home. The suit was based on negligence. For the sake of brevity we will refer herein to the last named defendant as Frymire.
