Objectors-appellants appeal from an order denying their applications for attorneys' and accountants' fees and disbursements, submitted in connection with the settlement of consolidated stockholders' derivative actions brought on behalf of defendant-appellee, Manhattan Fund Incorporated (the Fund), a diversified open-end investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
