This appeal concerns the construction of a partial aviation exclusion endorsement in a life insurance policy. Appellee, Joan Rowsey, filed suit in the district court of Travis County against appellant, Southwestern Life Insurance Company, to recover the proceeds of appellant's insurance policy insuring the life of her deceased husband, Charles Frederick Rowsey, who died in a plane crash in Arizona in 1972.
