Petitioner, pro se, seeks a writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner was arrested on January 23, 1970 in a police raid on apartment 3H at 1874 Loring Place, Bronx, New York. Seized by the police at that time were some 10 pounds of heroin and paraphernalia for "bagging up" heroin.
