The appellant, Tryad Service Corporation, brought suit against appellees, Machine Tool Center, Inc., and Reed Drilling Tools Division of G. W. Murphy Industries, Inc., (now known as Reed Tool Company) for breach of a contract to sell a certain piece of industrial equipment.
