WARD, Justice.

There are twenty-five plaintiffs and they are the owners of various classes of real estate subject to ad valorem taxes within the Sierra Blanca Independent School District. They have sued for injunctive relief restraining the School District from putting into effect a tax plan adopted for the year 1973.
